1. Services
StoreBlaze provides warehousing, order fulfilment, and related logistics services ("Services") to registered merchants under a service agreement. Service scope, storage model, and rates are defined in each merchant's rate card.
2. Merchant obligations
- Provide accurate product, inventory, and order information.
- Ensure goods stored are lawful, correctly declared, and safe to handle.
- Pay invoices within the agreed billing cycle.
3. Billing and minimums
Billing follows the merchant's selected pricing model. A minimum monthly billing amount applies as stated in the rate card. Services run on an initial minimum term of 6 months from the start date to support stable day-to-day operations for both parties; after this term, either party may end services with notice as defined in the service agreement.
4. Liability
StoreBlaze's liability for loss or damage to stored goods is limited as set out in the service agreement. Merchants are encouraged to insure high-value inventory.
5. Termination
On termination, remaining inventory will be returned or transferred per the merchant's instructions after settlement of outstanding dues.
